Your event brief

Event name, organisation, date, time zone and organiser.

Who is attending, approximate numbers, locations, languages and whether people join individually or in rooms.

After this virtual keynote, our audience should be better able to…

What is happening in the organisation? What should the speaker know, and which topics need care?

Live or recorded, talk length, Q&A, moderator, platform and rehearsal.

Captions, supporting material, access requirements and how people will contribute.

Who may view the recording, for how long, and any proposed edits or extracts.

Indicative budget, decision date, approval process and intended follow-up.

Before you send it

Check the date, time zone, delivery format and budget scope. Send the same core brief to everyone on your shortlist. If some details are undecided, say so and ask providers to state their assumptions.

Download your completed brief before leaving this page. Nothing is sent to a speaker and no date is reserved. Use the comparison worksheet to assess the responses.
